We started this project because we found that we needed something more comprehensive. Together with a team from Timisoara we wanted to cover the flow of the entire activity of a team of lawyers. Not just timekeeping, not just files, not just records of entries or certifications, or just invoices and reports,
but all of these in one place.

We started this project because we found that we needed something more comprehensive. Together with a team from Timisoara we wanted to cover the flow of the entire activity of a team of lawyers. Not just timekeeping, not just files, not just records of entries or certifications, or just invoices and reports, but all in one place. Moreover, we wanted this software to bring a helping hand for those who wanted to implement an ISO 9001:2008 quality system, so we treated many aspects more rigorously (that's why we are called isolex). The years passed and besides the initial version of isolex, we built something new and better. We took what we had and brought a new breath, easier to use by the users and that really becomes an operating system. In isolex you will find not only case files and invoices, but also tasks in the Agile system, WYSIWYG text editor, synchronizations with several internationally used applications (MailChimp, Evernote, Gmail) in the near future (depending on which edition you choose). ), synchronization with ANAF, ECRIS, RISCO and others, time tracking, reporting and approvals on access levels ... Oh, a lot of functionality, so you don't have to leave your browser anymore! At a low price!
Ștefan (moţec) is the one who dared to start the project! With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, he noted the need for software to help everyone, not just those who bill or those who go to court. Wisdom, smartness, courage and many people around him to help him in one of the great challenges of his career. Now he brought us here, we have isolex, and if you ever have the time and opportunity to talk to him ... you will have to win.
Abel (avram) is another character ... He kept on pressing for the web version of isolex (when we had isolex just for desktop), and we think his wish was a good one too. You won't see Abi around, but you know things are working.
Not only them, but a whole team of great guys have worked and still work for this project (Robi, Andrei, Carmen, Mădălin, Vera, Alexandru, Erika, Florin, Andreea, Mihnea, Cristi, Claudia, Emil, Alexandra, Dalibor, Dani , Miha, Sorin, Tibi, Filip). Some of you already know us, others you may meet in the future, but ... we are here and working to bring isolex to a better level for all.

About the project
Title: Development of an integrated application for legal service providers

The purpose of this project is to develop a family of integrated computer applications designed to increase the quality and productivity of legal service providers, intended for the Romanian market and open to the European market.
- Creating a family of 6 computer applications, one of them having 7 editions, each of them in two variants and in two versions, totaling 46 individual software products.
- Incorporating in the above software products some tools to rationalize and simplify the activity of the legal services providers in order to increase their economic competitiveness.
- Implementation of innovative features in the application development process, features that are not implemented in similar products on the target market.
The expected results of the project at the end of the mandatory maintenance period are: use of the application by a number of at least 377 individual beneficiaries and achieving an investment performance of at least 1.36.
Financing value: 2,962,478.55 lei (56.77% non-refundable) of which 1,592,050 lei non-refundable, 1,353,242.50 from the FEDR and 238,807.50 from the national budget.
